Shredded chicken is a processed food made from chicken meat that has been boiled and then shredded so that the fibers of the chicken meat are separated into several parts. Shredded chicken can also be cooked as a soup.

5 sheets of lime leaves
1 cup coconut milk/750 ml medium thick coconut milk

* Clean chicken, cut into pieces, add salt to taste. Deep-fried but not too dry. Coarse grind.
*Heat enough cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the spices until wilted. Drain and grind the spices.
*Pour coconut milk, spices, lemongrass, lime leaves and cook until boiling. Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, shredded chicken, mix well. Add salt and sugar to taste.
