Here are the ingredients and the steps to make it
Material:
- 1 duck
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 cm kencur
- 2 cm galangal
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp dried shrimp paste
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp pepper granules
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt

How to cook:
1. Stir the duck with ground spices, let stand for a few hours.
2. Heat the oil, cook the seasoned duck, bay leaf, lime leaf, and lemongrass. Stir well.
3. Pour water, cook on low heat until the duck meat is tender. Remove and cool.
4. Heat plenty of oil over medium heat. Fry the duck until dry. Lift and drain.
