- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cm galangal, grated
- 300 gr grated coconut
- Enough water
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 cm turmeric
- 3 hazelnuts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 cloves of red onion
- Salt to taste
How to make:
1. Roast grated coconut, set aside. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the bay leaf and grated galangal. Saute again until the spices are cooked.
