Many people like seafood, such as crabs, so if you want to make crab but are confused about how to process it, this time I want to tell you a recipe for crab with oyster sauce that you can easily make at home, and some people think that processing crab is very difficult. Even though it's easy, here are the recipes
1/2 an onion, sliced crosswise
1 scallion sliced obliquely
4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce or tomato sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 segment of ginger crushed 2 cm of galangal crushed
2 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Brown sugar to taste
enough cooking oil enough water
Subtle Seasoning Ingredients
4 cloves garlic
6 red onions
5 red chilies (if you want spicy)
Clean the crab. You can cook whole crabs right away or by removing the shell and cutting it into 2 parts.
Boil the clean crab until it is cooked and turns reddish in color. Remove and set the crab aside.
Heat enough oil to fry the spices. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.
Add chopped onion, ginger, bay leaf, and galangal. Stir well to mix.
Pour enough water into the spices and cook until boiling.
After the water boils, add the crab that you boiled earlier. Stir well.
Season with oyster sauce, tomato or chili sauce, ground pepper, salt, and sugar to taste. Stir well and cook until the gravy thickens. Don't forget to correct the taste to make it really fit.
Once the crab is cooked, add the chopped scallions and pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir well and cook for a while until the spices are completely absorbed and the leeks are wilted.
Remove and crab oyster sauce ready to be served while warm. -ER
